O objetivo\u00a0 \u00e9 intermediar e ampliar o acesso ao conhecimento sobre a cadeia produtiva do cacau no sul da Bahia, a partir de oficinas de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o e mini-cursos voltados aos diferentes setores, do cacau ao chocolate.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-17848\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cacauechocolate.com.br\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/PHOTO-2026-06-15-14-04-58-1-300x223.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"223\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cacauechocolate.com.br\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/PHOTO-2026-06-15-14-04-58-1-300x223.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.cacauechocolate.com.br\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/PHOTO-2026-06-15-14-04-58-1.jpg 765w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>O simp\u00f3sio, que acontece no Campus Jorge Amado da UFSB na Rodovia Ilh\u00e9us-Itabuna, tem \u00a0como \u00a0tema principal &#8220;Desafios da Cadeia Produtiva: das mudan\u00e7as clim\u00e1ticas ao mercado de valor&#8221; e ser\u00e1 \u00a0dividido em dois momentos: o per\u00edodo matutino dedicado \u00e0s plen\u00e1rias conduzidas por participantes de renome nas frentes de Produtividade e Tecnologias, Mudan\u00e7as Clim\u00e1ticas, Mercado de Valor e Chocolate; e o per\u00edodo vespertino dedicado a oficinas pr\u00e1ticas e exposi\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cO p\u00fablico-alvo \u00e9 o cacauicultor, independente da regi\u00e3o, porte ou sistema de produ\u00e7\u00e3o.
